Landscape Photography by Simon Davis

“Landscape photography is about being in the right place at the right time”.

As a photographer it is my job to find that special place and visualise how it could look under certain lighting conditions.

Light is the most fundamental element of Landscape Photography. Waiting for that one moment of the right light to filter through the atmosphere can be very frustrating and time consuming.

As a photographer if we “feel the light”, our photographs will touch hearts and have an emotional impact.

Emotion is the magical formula that adds power to an image, that brings tears to people’s eyes when they look at it, and leave changed.

It’s my desire to capture Landscapes of those magical locations bathed in that one moment of subtle light that people can connect with on an emotional level, and remember forever.
